Rep. Edwin Melvin Snowe and the triumphant Bomi County team welcomed by thousands of residents in the county, as they enter Tubmanburg with the trophy-Youth and Sports Minister, WilsonFollowing Bomi County’s capturing in the national county sports meet trophy from Montserrado County who, in 2018 won it, Orange Liberia has promised to erect an artificial carpeted football pitch in county. In his speech delivered at Bomi County sports pitch on behalf of President George Manneh Weah who could not be a part of a celebration ceremony in the county over the weekend, Youth and Sports minister, Zeogar D. Wilson, made the disclosure that the telecommunications company has agreed to build the stadium as a tribute to the county’s team success.“Orange Liberia could not make it to this great event today but they have asked me to let the people of Bomi know that the County’s playing pitch will be constructed in a new and better way. The synthetic (artificial) field will be constructed in the not too distant future,” Wilson said as the audience applauded in appreciation. He appealed that the unity seen demonstrated in Bomi on Saturday, January 19, among the residents, and in particular members of the county Legislative Caucus should not fade in thin air.“We are grateful to God that through the county meet the Caucus is now working together. We say a very big hank u to them and appreciate the fact that sports can be used to unify people and nations.“Bomi is today a classical example of what sports can do. Through the county meet both the past and present legislators are united today. Please sustain the unity and serve your people well,” Wilson cautioned. In reference to the book of Mark 10:9 in the Holy Bible, concerning unity, he noted that in marriage, the scripture strongly advises that “What God has put together, let no man put asunder.”He said it is a blessing and a great opportunity for Bomi to have become the first county under the leadership of President Weah to win the national county sports meet male soccer trophy and cash prize from the government’s development partner, the Liberia Bank for Development and Investment (LBDI).Bomi on Thursday January 17 received the sum of L$500,000 from LBDI for winning the biggest trophy of the sports meet in Monrovia. In his remarks made on behalf of Bomi Legislative Caucus, Senator Morris Saytumah said they were proud as a team to have worked together in the interest of their county and pray that the unity now enjoyed by all remains, despite the differences in politics.I have received the permission from my colleagues to let you know that this program to is named and styled ‘unity for development.’I am confident that we will Work hard to sustain the unity among us the legislators first and then every other resident of Bomi. This will help us to do great things. In a separate remark, Senator Sando D. Johnson said his heart was full of joy for the success of the county. He expressed his wish and determination to see the unity that was exhibited during the sporting festivities continue onward among the people of Bomi, particularly they who represent the rest of the people of the county at the level of the National Legislature.“I think the county meet brought everybody together. It was intended to unify us and I must admit that there is a need to thank God for this gain,” Johnson said.He added: You are here seeing the unity here in Bomi today. We are celebrating with our people and nothing less than unity, peace and reconciliation we have at our disposal now.”He said the county could not have succeed if the issues about sports were no depoliticized.“Now that we are united, it is time we think about how to get our roads in good condition, focus on providing the avenues for our people to have better healthcare and ensure our children in the county receive quality education and empowerment,” he said.Johnson said they (Caucus and past Lawmakers) contributed their little but significant amount of money in order to keep the teams together while they were in the competitions at the Samuel Kanyon Doe (SKD) Sports complex in Paynesville. He noted that they are politicians and will remain politicians, despite the unity.“No matter what, there have to be opponents and the political ground is for all of us. It is up to our people to decide on who [should] lead them at a given time,” he said, adding that the 2020 Senatorial elections will be a litmus test for all politicians seeking to get him out.He said the ballot box will tell who is fit to drive the people of Bomi after next year’s Senatorial election.Johnson thanked the media for the outstanding and excellent job done as the county sports meet went on. He said the media preached messages of unity, peace and reconciliation.Representative Edwin Melvin Snowe, who was part of the success story, said he had nothing much to say but to tell the people of Bomi thank you for working along with him and his fellow Legislators.Share this:Click to share on Twitter (Opens in new window)Click to share on Facebook (Opens in new window)
It appears the 45-year-old Frenchman has decided that it won’t ever get better than this for him at the famously demanding 13-time European champions.“I don’t see myself continuing to win this year and I am a winner, I don’t like to lose,” said Zidane, who was under contract with Real until 2020.The Frenchman specialises in dramatic departures — in the 2006 World Cup final in Berlin, his final appearance as a player, was cut short when he was sent off for headbutting the Italian defender Marco Materazzi. Zidane said he had insulted his family. The 3-1 victory over Liverpool in Kiev on Saturday was the pinnacle of a coaching career after his reign as a player with Real Madrid which peaked when he scored the winning goal in the 2002 Champions League final against Bayer Leverkusen in Glasgow.Zidane was considered one of the all-time greats as a player, his mixture of sublime skill wrapped up in a muscular package driving France to victory in the 1998 World Cup on home soil.Affectionately known as “Zizou” in France, he was World Player of the Year three times, in 1998, 2000 and 2003 in a career that started at Cannes, moved onto Bordeaux before he moved into the big league with Juventus, staying five years, before joining Real in 2001.Incredibly, his record-breaking achievement in Kiev came less than three full seasons in charge after he was promoted from his position as coach of Real’s youth team.It was only in January 2016 that he took charge of the full Real team.“You can’t help but admire what he has done,” France manager Didier Deschamps, who won the World Cup as a player alongside Zidane in 1998, told France’s TF1 after the Kiev triumph.“Already as a player he was an extraordinary player. He’s had a second life as a coach and he is already an extraordinary coach. Achieving three Champions League wins is fabulous.”Madrid sports daily AS said after the final that Zidane was “the architect of this glorious and possibly unrepeatable era”.It is widely expected that Zidane will one day manage France himself. He has never made a secret of his ambition to do so and speculation will now grow that he will succeed Deschamps after this year’s World Cup finals.Zidane has now won nine trophies since replacing Rafael Benitez in the Santiago Bernabeu dugout in January 2016.It is a remarkable record, all the more so for a man who before the Kiev final admitted to not being the best tactician.“I am not the best coach tactically, but I have other things,” he said ahead of the final.“I know very well how the dressing room and a player’s head works, and that for me is very important.”0Shares0000(Visited 3 times, 1 visits today) 0Shares0000The French manager kisses the Champions League trophy following the enthralling final in Kiev on Saturday night. Photo/COURTESYMADRID, Spain, May 31 – Just days ago Zinedine Zidane was basking in the glory of becoming the first coach in history to win three consecutive Champions League titles with Real Madrid and staking a claim as one of the great coaches in history. On Thursday, he said he was quitting the Spanish giants in an announcement that seemed to have even taken the club’s president Florentino Perez by surprise.
The club later confirmed Dembele sustained a hamstring injury and will undergo tests on Sunday but it seems unlikely the Frenchman will be fit to face Liverpool in the semi-final second leg. Dembele missed almost four months with a hamstring strain last season and suffered from problems in the same area in January and March, sitting out for another month each time. “We think it’s a muscle tear,” said Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde. “It is not from fatigue – he didn’t play much against Liverpool – and it is not the same leg as last time. It’s just one of those things.”Defeat will hardly trouble Barcelona, who wrapped up their 26th La Liga title last weekend, but victory comes as a major boost for Celta, who move five points clear of the bottom three with two games left to play. Maxi Gomez’s smart finish gave them the lead before Iago Aspas made it two with a late penalty.Real Valladolid and Girona, both just beneath them, may feel disappointed by Ernesto Valverde’s team selection, particularly given his side took six and four points off them respectively this season. The result also means Rayo Vallecano are virtually relegated after they were thrashed 4-1 by Levante earlier on Saturday. Rayo needed Celta, the only team they could catch, to lose all three of their remaining matches, although a highly unlikely four-way tie involving Huesca and Real Valladolid could, theoretically, still save them. Barcelona will now quickly turn their attention back to Liverpool, who at the same time on Saturday were playing Newcastle in the Premier League, making only four changes to their own line-up from the side that lost 3-0 at Camp Nou on Wednesday. Liverpool won 3-2 but Mohamed Salah was stretchered off in the second half. – Impressive Puig –Barca’s changes created the strange spectacle of Celta giving a guard of honour to youngsters like Jean-Clair Todibo, Carles Alena, Moussa Wague and Riqui Puig before kick-off. Dembele lasted only six minutes and was replaced by Alex Collado, the 20-year-old midfielder thrown on for his first-team debut. Celta came on strong in the second half and thought they had taken the lead when Gustavo Cabral’s header was palmed out by Jasper Cillessen to Nesto Araujo, who finished. Araujo was shown by VAR to have been a fraction offside. But they did not have long to wait. In the 67th minute, with Todibo off injured, Barca were briefly down to 10 and Maxi capitalised, brilliantly volleying in Ryad Boudebouz’s cross in at the near post. There was still time for one more in the 88th minute as VAR spotted a handball by Wague in the area and Aspas converted to confirm a crucial win.Antoine Griezmann and Atletico Madrid lost 3-0 away to Espanyol on Saturday. © AFP / Josep LAGOAtletico Madrid had earlier missed the chance to ensure they finish above Real Madrid for a second consecutive year after they slipped to a surprise 3-0 defeat by Espanyol. Atletico needed only a point to guarantee second place in La Liga, with two games left to play, but Espanyol were deserving winners at the RCDE Stadium thanks to Diego Godin’s own-goal and two strikes from Borja Iglesias, the second a penalty. “The first goal changed the game, the second one made us worse,” said Atleti coach Diego Simeone. Real Madrid face Villarreal on Sunday but a third-place finish seems inevitable. To overtake their city rivals, Real will need to win all three of their remaining games and hope Atletico lose both of their last two. 0Shares0000(Visited 1 times, 1 visits today) 0Shares0000Barcelona’s Ousmane Dembele left the field after six minutes in the 2-0 loss at Celta Vigo © AFP / Miguel RIOPAMadrid, Spain, May 4 – Barcelona rested all 11 players that started against Liverpool in the Champions League but paid the price on Saturday as they were beaten 2-0 by struggling Celta Vigo in La Liga. Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho were all among those left out ahead of the return at Anfield on Tuesday but Barca were not unscathed, after Ousmane Dembele hobbled off early in the first half.
Watford captain Troy Deeney has told talkSPORT Liverpool were ‘bullied’ and ‘didn’t fancy the fight’ as the hungry Hornets claimed their fourth consecutive Premier League win on Sunday.Jurgen Klopp’s men were punished for their dismal display at Vicarage Road as the hosts netted twice in the opening 15 minutes and again after the break to seal a brilliant 3-0 victory On-loan Chelsea defender Nathan Ake opened the scoring after a mistake from Adam Bogdan with just two minutes on the clock, while Nigerian striker Odion Ighalo took his tally for the season up to 12 league goals with a fine brace.Joining Call Collymore following the triumph, striker Deeney said: “The most impressive thing about our performance today is that we bullied them. They just didn’t fancy the fight.“We scored after a few minutes which settled the nerves and then we dominated. Skrtel went off, he didn’t fancy it, and it was a great victory.“We’ve shown we’re not scared of anybody. We were written off by everybody at the start of the season. We’ve had all these questioned fired at us, ‘can we score goals, are we good enough for the Premier League, can we avoid relegation’, and we’ve answered them tenfold.”A hint of arrogance, maybe, but ultimately what Deeney said cannot be doubted – he and Ighalo ran the Liverpool defence ragged in a boisterous display. An unfit Martin Skrtel was forced off in the first-half with a hamstring problem, leaving midfielder Lucas to partner Mamadou Sakho – also only recently back from injury – in central defence and the Watford pair were all over them, and really should have made the scoreline even more embarrassing for the Reds. Not many would have expected a promoted team to boast 17 goals between their top frontmen, but his and Ighalo’s form comes as no surprise to Deeney. He added: “I’m not blowing my own trumpet, but me and Iggy are probably one of the strongest forward partners in the Premier League.“I’m surprised teams aren’t clocking on to the way we play, they’re still trying to play two centre-backs against me and Iggy. If you want to come tight on us, we’ll bully you and we can also run in behind.“Defences don’t like that nowadays, it’s all pretty passing football, they all want to play like Barcelona.”

Bayern have won 10 of their last 11 Bundesliga games (Agency Photo)Revenge is to be high on Robert Kovac’s mind when he takes his title chasing Bayern Munich side to Borussia Park to face Dieter Hecking’s Gladbach in Saturday’s late kick off.The Bavarians have recovered from a shaky start to the Bundesliga season by collecting thirty out of the last thirty three available points to move within striking distance of leaders Borussia Dortmund.Borussia Moenchengladbach were one of a cluster of teams responsible for Kovac’s early season misery as they maintained their reputation of giving Bayern Munich a bloody nose by winning 3-1 at the Allianz Arena courtesy of a brace from then newly recruited French striker Alassane Plea.An indifferent run of form after the winter break has seen Gladbach surrender interest in the title. Injury to lead striker Plea and kamikaze defending has seen their previously impregnable home fortress twice breached by identical 0-3 losses to Hertha Berlin and Wolfsburg.Pacesetters Borussia Dortmund have a chance to extend their advantage atop the standings to six points when they travel to relegation threatened Augsburg on Friday.Attention falls on 18-year-old English winger Jadon Sancho, who became the youngest ever scorer of nine Bundesliga goals in last week’s 3-2 victory over Bayer Leverkusen. An equally captivating match up takes place at the Commerzbank Arena in Frankfurt where the Eagles host Julian Nagelsmann’s revitalised Hoffenheim.Fifteen goal Bundesliga top scorer Luka Jovic will be raring to go against a Hoffenheim side not noted for keeping clean sheets.Another young Englishman, Reiss Nelson, will feature as part of the visitors’ striking cast.Other appetising confrontations to look out for include the relegation six pointer at the Mercedes Benz Arena between hosts Stuttgart and Thomas Doll’s Hannover, RB Leipzig’s visit to rock bottom Nuremberg and the matchup between Bayer Leverkusen and Freiburg at the Bay Arena.THE BUNDESLIGA FIXTURES:FRIDAY: -Augsburg v Borussia Dortmund @10:30pmSATURDAY: -Eintracht Frankfurt v Hoffenheim @5:30pm-Bayer Leverkusen v Freiburg @5:30pm-Nuremberg v RB Leipzig @5:30pm-Hertha Berlin v Mainz @5:30pm-Schalke v Fortuna Düsseldorf @5:30pm-Gladbach v Bayern Munich @8:30pmSUNDAY: -Stuttgart v Hannover @5:30pm-Wolfsburg v Werder Bremen @8pmComments Tags: Allan SsekamateGerman Bundesliga
Team Austria from the Vienna University of Technology captured first place at the 2013 Solar Decathlon competition with a demonstration solar house it called LISI, for “Living Inspired by Sustainable Innovation.”The Austrian students were among 19 teams from colleges and universities in the U.S., Canada, and Europe taking part in the 10-day event at the Orange County Great Park in Irvine, California. Students designed and built the energy-efficient demonstration houses and then competed in 10 separate areas; judges weighed architecture, engineering, affordability, and energy use, among other categories. In general, the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) says, judges looked for houses that are affordable and attractive, maintain comfortable and healthy indoor environments, provide enough hot water, and produce as much energy as, or more energy than, they consume.Team Austria emerged as the winner on October 12 with a cumulative total of 951 points, a scant 4 points ahead of the University of Nevada Las Vegas and only 7 points ahead of the third-place finisher, the Czech Technical University. The University of North Carolina at Charlotte won the “People’s Choice Award.” The DOE posted all of the results and photographs of the entries at its web site. The Solar Decathlon was launched in 2002 and is now run every two years. Until this year, it had taken place on the National Mall in Washington, D.C. DesertSol designed for harsh climateDesertSol, the entry from the University of Nevada Las Vegas, is suited to the harsh conditions of the Mojave Desert, the student team writes, and is designed to qualify for a LEED Platinum rating. Following the Decathlon, the house was to become a permanent feature of the Las Vegas Springs Preserve, a 180-acre park that attracts more than 280,000 visitors a year.Among the features of the house:A rigid foundation made of steel I-beams and purlins that elminate the need for conventional floor framing.Advanced framing techniques to reduce the use of wood.A roof-mounted, grid-tied photovoltaic system. An exterior of reclaimed silverwood, which the team said is “reminiscent of the old mining towns of the Mojave Desert.”Ductless minisplit heat pumps for heating and cooling.A water collection system that captures rainwater and uses it for evaporative cooling as well as landscape irrigation.A solar thermal system for domestic hot water. The team lists products used in the house — everything from the make and model of appliances to the mechanical equipment and lights — in its project description. A house called LISIAccording to a summary provided by Team Austria, its wood-framed house consists of three separate zones: a service core, a living area, and adjacent patios. The patios, which can be enclosed, are designed to double the net living area. “LISI offers private outdoor areas, which allow residents to experience nature within their own home,” the team says.Students designers proposed marketing the design as either a cottage for small urban lots or as a “contemporary chalet” for mountain or lakeside resort developments.Following the competition in California, the Austrian team was invited to show the house at Austria’s largest model-home exhibition site where some 100 manufacturers show prefabricated house designs, the energy department said.Among other features in LISI:An automated screen and awning system to provide shade and keep the house comfortable.Roof-mounted photovoltaic panels that provide an annual energy surplus that could be used to recharge electric vehicles.A centrally located utility room that houses equipment for ventilation, plumbing, and hot water. Two high-efficiency heat pumps that supply hot and cold water for heating and cooling as well as domestic hot water.Cellulose insulation.A heat-recovery tray in the shower that captures energy from drain water. People’s Choice award winnerUrbanEden, the entry from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, was designed as an urban infill dwelling that would appeal to young professionals and empty-nesters, the project description says. After the Decathlon, the house was headed back to the UNC campus where it will be a living laboratory. The team was especially proud of the insulated precast wall panels of “geopolymer” concrete, which is made with fly ash instead of portland cement to reduce its carbon footprint. Embedded inside the walls are small-diameter tubes. During the summer, water is pumped through the tubes at night, carrying heat absorbed during the day to heat exchangers on the roof to cool the house. Panels are made with two layers of concrete that sandwich a 6-in. layer of rigid EPS insulation. The roof is insulated with 10 inches of XPS rigid insulation; the floor was designed with 6 inches of XPS foam (although when reassembled in California, parts of the floor system were insulated with R-19 fiberglass batts). The house is designed to eliminate most thermal bridging.UrbanEden’s 7.65-kW photovoltaic modules are arranged on an adjustable track on the roof. During the summer, the racks can be moved so they shade the deck and the southern wall of the house. In winter, panels are retracted to allow the sun to provide heat and light through south-facing glass.Other features as described by the design team:Triple-pane windows manufactured by Intus. An interactive energy management system that displays energy use in the house as well as PV production. An energy-recovery ventilator to provide fresh air.Rainwater collection that directs water to reflecting pools and ultimately to plants inside and outside the house.A vertical Wallgarden that can be used to grow flowers or vegetables.Minisplit heat pumps for heating and to supplement the cooling capacity of the capillary wall system.
While the saying goes that too many chefs in the kitchen spoil the broth, that’s not the case when it comes to a collaborative marketing environment. Instead, combining sales and marketing efforts with user-generated content can improve ROI.Content Collaboration is a Win-WinThink about it: When you create content in a silo, you are alone. You lose the opportunity and the ability to tap into other perspectives and creativity that can shape the content to what your audience wants. It’s those opinions and direct insights from the audience members themselves or the sales team out on the front lines that can enhance the marketing content.Plus, when everyone collaborates, including audience members, that social reach increases from your own direct audience as a brand to the social audiences of each user, influencer, and team member who worked on producing that content. It sounds compelling, but may be easier said than done because the inclination to collaborate and meld everyone’s ideas with minimal conflict is not the natural response. Yet, it is possible to create a marketing content collaboration process.Start with the Right ToolsFirst, a content collaboration platform can help how everyone gets involved. A platform adds structure, organization, and accountability to the content collaboration process. Rather than opting for a spreadsheet with a to-do list and due dates found on traditional project management platforms, a solution designed for content collaboration focuses on creativity, sharing, and feedback. The solution then becomes a content repository that stores collaborative content for use, review, and measurement. Besides written and visual content, this repository can also hold creative files, audio recordings, templates, collateral assets and anything else that enables the content collaboration process.Since teams can spend up to 20 percent of their time looking for the content or components they need. According to McKinsey — having this type of social technology can increase productivity and shorten project timeframes. It also helps to have an understanding of what type of collaborative content works best for your brand as well as a formal process for developing, managing and measuring your collaborative content.Types of Collaborative Marketing ContentThere are many types of content where collaboration can yield improved results. Here are a few content options for collaboration:Guest PostsGuest posts provide a way to share your expertise with a larger audience and build links that can bring that audience back to your site. You are sharing a service for others to learn more about the knowledge and experience on the site.Collaboration can widen as you return the favor to include others on your own blog. You’ll be expanding your audience and the depth of the valuable information you deliver. This can be a long-lasting collaboration if you approach it in the right way.To collaborate on content, identify other sites that are authoritative and relevant. Using models like Domain Authority (DA) can simplify this process. If a site has a DA of 20 or more, then this is a worthy target for content collaboration.Find the appropriate contact at that company by looking through the executive team on their website or a site like LinkedIn. They may also list guest blog guidelines on their site. Reach out and suggest some blog topics that might be mutually beneficial and agree on the terms.Case Studies While the first type of collaborative content involved an industry colleague, case studies are a collaboration between you and one of your customers.First, it helps solidify a customer relationship by working together.Second, a case study illustrates how the customer has addressed a real-world issue which other customers and prospects can relate to.And, third, it builds credibility with your audience as you provide them with useful insights. To develop a case study, you can collaborate on a relevant storyline and quantitative evidence. Using quotes from your customer and beneficial observations or project vision will enhance the content.User-Generated ContentYour audiences do most of the work by creating the content, including photos and videos. Yet, it’s still collaborative because you are able to leverage and share information from your target audience. The readership will feel more involved with your brand and are likely to also share their content with their social circle for viral benefits.Expert Roundup ArticlesAn expert roundup article can include a mention or a quote from a wide range of contributors that have insights and proficiency about a particular topic or trend that impacts your audience. This material can involve existing content that you pull from different sources or be part of the new original content you request from these experts.Connection with a wide range of industry experts provides a wealth of beneficial information for your audience while building credibility that you are working or partnering with many industry leaders.Industry Leader Interviews This content collaboration is like an expert roundup and may focus on one industry expert. It becomes the dive deep into a topic or trend that is relevant to your audience. A good place to reach out to other industry experts is at a conference or through a social media channel like Twitter or LinkedIn.You can agree on what to discuss and arrange an interview in person or by phone. From there, you can turn your conversation into an article that both you and the industry leader can share within your circles.Podcasts and VideosRather than produce your interview content into writing, you may choose to leverage your collaborative content for videos and podcast formats. Much of today’s audiences like to watch video content or listen to audio content. These two formats for collaborative content address those preferences and provide a quick and easy way to get content to your audience.Develop a Content Collaboration ProcessDon’t assume the entire content collaboration process needs to be digital — because there is still merit when it comes to in-person collaboration. There will always be great benefit from strategic partners, the sales team, your customers, and industry influencers. When it comes to the notes, whiteboards, and easels — all this information can become hard to track when it comes to creating the end-product. It helps to use video conferencing technology and the collaborative content platform simultaneously to create more personalized, inclusive brainstorming sessions related to the creation process.A clear communication process is also integral in marketing content collaboration. Without clarity, there can be misunderstandings, or frustration leading to conflict. You will want a clear plan in place to circumvent any breakdown in the collaborative process.Intelligent transmission of collaborative information means getting input, feedback, updates, and approvals in a timely fashion, moving the process forward with ease. Use real-time communication mechanisms like collaborative software and instant messaging to address all communication needs.Minimize how many tools you use for the collaborative content process to help add efficiency to the process. According to one source, 42 percent of marketers may use six to 10 tools to manage their work while almost one in five marketers uses even more. Integrate intuitive tools as much as possible for faster information flow, to help everyone involved.Keep CollaboratingThere are many advantages to using collaborative content in the short term. You can also be confident there’s considerable benefit taking a long-term strategic perspective with content marketing, as well.By continuing to develop collaborative content, you’ll be able to deepen relationships with industry colleagues, customers, and prospects. The family of an Assamese man, who was declared a foreigner in 2017, and died in a detention centre earlier this month, performed his last rites on Tuesday evening, ending a nine-day impasse over his body. The mentally-challenged Dulal Paul, 65, died in detention as a ‘declared foreigner’ on October 13. However, his family, which is based in Sonitpur district’s Alisinga village, refused to accept his body unless the BJP-led State government certified him as an Indian. His wife and three sons were adamant about not receiving the body till the State reversed the tribunal’s decision. But a faction of the All- Assam Bengali Youth Students’ Federation allegedly exerted pressure on them and brokered a deal with the government.“Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal has assured us that he will help fight my father’s case in the Supreme Court to remove the foreigner tag from him and our family and form a committee to review the cases of all people declared Bangladeshis,” his son Ashish Paul said after the cremation.“We hope the Chief Minister and the BJP government will keep their word,” he added.
